Alexis Anzoa K. A.

Mr. Anzoa is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Languages (French Unit) at St. John Bosco College of Education, Ghana. He holds a Master of Philosophy in French Literature from the University of Education, Winneba, where he also earned his bachelor’s degree in French Education. His research interests span French and Francophone African Literature, Language Pedagogy, and French as a Foreign Language (FLE).

Having completed his early and secondary education in Côte d’Ivoire, where he obtained the Baccalaureate, Mr. Anzoa possesses an excellent command of the French language and a deep understanding of Francophone culture. Before joining St. John Bosco College of Education, he taught French with the Bilingual Schools Program of Ghana Education Service and also served as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Education, Winneba.

In addition to his teaching duties, he serves as a voluntary French–English/English–French conference interpreter, promoting cross-cultural communication in academic and community settings.

Mr. Anzoa is passionate about advancing the teaching and learning of French in Ghana and is pursuing a doctoral studies in French and Francophone Literature to contribute further to research and teacher development in the field
